a meaningful or meaningless story about a part time coffee drinking patient of homeopathy

I had a friend who was given rhus tox as her constitutional in her thirties.
She would take it and as she was healing..the symptoms would go down to her
feet and then disappear. But every once in a while she would want to drink
coffee and the first symptom to come back was her feet aching. Then she would
drink coffee for a while until the upper symptoms would start to come back and
then she would retake the remedy. In her forties the doctor put her on calc
carb until he retired and she quit homeopathy, though as she was want to do
with the rhus she may have continued to take the calc carb on her own. She
became somewhat obese in her fifties. She died last year of acute liver
failure, eighteen years after she quit homeopathy.

Coffee is a complementary remedy to Rhus and an antidote to rhus according to
Boerick's appendix. Maybe it was never the right remedy for her and only dealt
with her physical symptoms. She became less and less open to new experiences,
had become a nurse in later years and did not drink. It was a surprise to
everyone when she went into hospital and two days later into a coma and then
died..all in six days. She had been a vegetarian for 25 years and then a meat
eater the last 25 years of her life. I would never have called her a worrying
type of person. She was rather laid back as a teenager and easy going in her
twenties and thirties. She had a growing horror and disgust for her first
husband because he talked at her and not with her for those first 25 years.
She divorced him without ever telling him why she was divorcing him.

from 'MMP'
Rhus tox
The injurious effects of an erroneous selection are often removable by Bryonia, sometimes by Sulphur, at other times by Camphor or Raw Coffee, according to the untoward symptoms produced.

Best,
Lynn
