Taken to Court: Moving the goalposts on homeopathy

Post by Fran Sheffield »

Hi everyone,

I will gradually get the info out about the court case if there are
enough hours in a day!

Here's the first part relating to the judgement.

I read the article Fran. You must win this case. In the article you speak of "expert witnesses" and I wonder if those are their experts. It's not clear to me. If theirs, then you need BIGGER and BETTER experts, correct? If yours, then this idea came to me that perhaps Dana Ullman has some collected research from the European of US side of the history of whooping cough (honestly I don't even know what it is!). History and documented facts are with you on that, correct?

Also, there is a guy name "Rex" who sends out this old, old newsletter called Heal Thyself. I read those thoroughly each times he sends them because they are so interesting. Do you know him? If you think there may be some hidden jewels in those old issues then maybe some here can give you a bit of help. I have never seen a MASTER LISTING of the totality of all of the issues, but each issue has an index. Are you familiar with the homeopathic (LOL) pre-Internet newsletter? Perhaps he can help you a bit if he knows the content of the the newsletters. Dana too. Ask them. It seems that it would be helpful for you to have the documented homeopathic evidence of cured cases. Yes?

The other source (and I'm dealing with the DUH factor again)... is a French site that has tons of information in English that I used to belong to... the cost was $25 a year for the subscription. I used that site when I was researching the life story of Dr. Hahnemann for something I was writing. I think there must be a lot of information there that might be helpful to you, but I can't remember the name of the site and I dropped my subscription last year. Does anyone know the name of the site?

You will win the case Fran, and I hope everyone here does whatever we can to support you.

Vicki in Denver!
