Not off topic, or at least the original post wasn't. Clathrates are implicated in homeopathy because even in the least they are examples of water's ability to structure at liquid temperatures, one of the major theoretical objections to homeopathic physics being that water can't do that. That they have been found on Mars proves they are quite durable, which should caution homeopaths to use their "remedies" in moderation; on Earth they have been found to clog up oil pipelines and were the main cause of the BP oil hemorrhage.
In other words, the implication here is that they are capable of clogging up arteries and may be the main cause of vascular ischemia, in that they may provide a frame work for plaque and other kinds of deposits!
This leads to the suggestion that some oils, sugar, alcohol and some similarly drawn isotopes, when given in excess, may create obstructive vascular lattices of hydrogen bonded hydrates, which could be diagnosed for one as diabetic neuropathy that might be simply removed in both vein and pipeline by a homeopathic antidote, like Phos for oil, as an example.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong!
