Head/body lice

Hello friends,
Can I have some help from people who get this with patients frequently?

I have not had to deal with it in 17 years of practice but it seems to be making the rounds of our schools here. Bedbugs are also on the rise. Don't know about pinworms but might as well in luxe them here also.

I notice with people who are mosqueto magnets that very often Staph 30c stops that problem.
Is there something similar with lice or pinworms.

I have a patient I gave a high dose nosode to, it cleaned out a lot but not the lice remedy also indicated it covered that problem. Not too happy about repeating the high dose so soon can I use a lower dose as a support?

How suppressive are those Rx treatments?
The same question for pinworms?

Do we need to remove the parasites or will they go on their own?

I don't have any experience with this kind of homeopathy and wold appreciate your thoughts and experience.
Warmly, Maria

Can't say I have ever given a remedy for head lice. I just advise putting conditioner on the hair and combing the lice out as they can't stick to the hair with conditioner in. This has to be done every 2 days to catch all the lice that emerge from the nits. It usually takes a couple of weeks to get rid completely but at least no chemicals are being used. If lavender oil is added to the rinsing water it stops lice returning to the hair.

Since some people are more susceptible than others it probably means that a constitutional remedy would stop the lice from being attracted to that person.

I have never come across body lice or bug bugs.

I will pass it on, thank you.
So is it a consensus that these kind of conditions should be treated separately from homeopathic treatment?
What is the thought on suppression?

I do not want to mix parasites here but with heretic eruptions I tell my clients not to suppress with l-losing or Zovirax as I use the manifestations of the eruptions and patterns to know where the treatment is heading.
Psorinum and tuberculinum are in Kents for Lice, and there are other rubrics. My thought would be to give an antimiasmatic nosode as an intercurrent esp where it might have been driven outwards be a remedy ( tub) in my clients case.
Or are the critters too adaptable or too transmit table to let a client continue with them?
Am thinking I will give a Bach Flower remedy crab apple - it eliminated caterpillars from an elderberry tree for me. Will see what happens with the head lice.

But back to the suppression issues if we can.
Thanks, Maria

Nat-m 2X is often effective for head lice - perhaps as a needed remedy also? Rinse or rub it through the hair. Patients can even be shown how to make their own - very exciting for them!

Thanks Fran, that does answer a question I had. Is that a needed remedy?
That one maybe a great remedy to start the Fibbonacci potencies with.

Easiest quickest practical fix for head lice is to apply hair color.
(Then fix the cell strength for resistance in future.)
