You did not miss anything
That name was intentional, for a Norwegian Forest Cat.
I used Scandinavian - usually Norse - names for all the cats I bred as a Norwegian Forest Cat breeder, and will always chose one that matched the kitten in some way.
An American name would not seem right for a NFO
