Bent bones

Post by Irene de Villiers »

I agree. I checked - and my send button still works fine:-)

I do have a question.
Will bent bones straighten up with homeopathy and nutrition alone, if they are all bent and nasty in a youngster (a rescued wild young cheetah in this case) or do they need a soft cast system to help them straighten and strengthen the right way?
The difficulty is the tradeoff between toxic sedation for cast changes (Cheetahs have a very low tolerance of any such toxins) , plus mental trauma at the limitation of movement, or might the bones straighten without physical "persuation" into growing in the right direction?

The cause is unknown but the most LIKELY cause is malnutrition, vitamin deficiency, etc..... with hopefully not abuse from being kept in a small cage :-(

Any experience on how bones respond in such a situation?

Namaste,
Irene
