SEND HOMEOPATHY TO LIBERIA

I've read the literature, I've done the rep'ing, and I've read the reping for China officinalis, and it's all well and good for China . . I have found it to be indicated for all the symptoms listed for it . . and a must for a West African Survival Kit . . and I'd even be all for it as THE ONE REMEDY except that when I rep'd Ebola for symptoms sent to me from a Liberian clinic, China didn't show . . Arsenicum did! China doesn't show for remedies listed for hemorrhagic fever; China doesn't show in historical genus epidemicus i.e. routine treatments for hemorrhagic fever (Banerji) or diathesis (Clarke) and neither does Ars. . . whereas Crotalus-h and Hamamelis do in the hemorrhagic state
Clarke menitons Crot-h for prophylaxis . . and given that Lach. runs neck and neck with China on the symptoms and Crot-h is a snake remedy and virus literally means "venom," and is listed clinically, my choice for the one remedy was Crot-h . . and so I shipped a pound of it to a clinic in Monrovia . .
Now you may say, why'd you do that? Why did you just send them just that one remedy?
Here's the problem as I see it. Getting them to use just one remedy is hard enough. Getting them to use a selection would be impossible. Obviously a bush homeopath in dealing with a case of fever in a rural area is going to be presented with a variety of symptoms that may change during the course of the presentation, and so without presumptions should (in my opinion) deal with symptoms as he sees them in totality at the moment, drawing on a variety of mostly low potency remedies to be used aggressively in concert with one another.
However, we don't have a known operating homeopathic clinic, or even a known lay homeopath in Africa at this time. What we have are what appears to me in Liberia to be, as an example, eight million terrified people who are becoming overwhelmed by quarantine and hopelessness, people who know little if anything about homeopathy or even how to apply it. So there's nobody there who knows how to use a selection of remedies just yet, what remedy for what symptom, rep'ing, potency, repetition, etc. So the question is, without confusing them, what's the ONE remedy to send them? If you had to send them ONE, something for both prevention and cure, what would it be?
Given its historical usage in hemorrhagic fever, the fact that virus means venom; it's totality of key diasthetic symptoms, I chose Crot-h.
So I put my money where my mouth is . . on Crot-h. Is anyone else willing to do that for 40 1/2 drams of China or . . ? Shipping to Monrovia is $195/lb. + 40 1/2 drams Crot-h = $280 total= $480. Throwing sugar pellets at them may be no more effective than throwing rice at a wedding, but we got to try.
I want to send more shipments to other clinics I'm trying to line up, and I would like to eventually send them a variety of remedies.
Can anyone help with funds and fundraising? If it can be arranged, I'll go there and report back what I learn . .
