Irene's message on China for Ebola

hello all
i thought i'd saved this great, comprehensive analysis Irene did where she concluded China might be a good Rx for Ebola. however in my usual way, i've accidentally deleted it. if anybody has saved it could you forward it to me at rachel_chaput@yahoo.com? or perhaps just to the group - Ebola heating up a tiny bit here in the US! i've been ignoring it up to this point but with the second health care working getting it from only one patient, this has finally caught my notice!
i tried looking in the message archives for the message but we are a very verbose group. hard to find.
