I apologize

I apologize for perhaps exaggerating the appropriate fear level for Ebola. The following is a link sent to a group by Patricia Robinett. I expected a conspiracy laden article, but I was surprised at how balanced and sane the information was.

http://www.healthfreedoms.org/ebola-sep ... m-fiction/

I feel that the article was a little weak on the prevention side, given that it came from healthfreedom.org, people who should know better. I still strongly recommend 6 grams of vitamin C every day, rebounding, low carbs, low wheat, plenty of sleep, homoeopathy, big salads, etc. etc.

Just yesterday I saw a big serving of tortellini in my refrigerator (too many carbs and too much wheat). I said to myself, "If I don't eat it, who will?". I should have tossed it. It gave me a migraine headache. What does this have to do with Ebola? Everything effects everything else in the body. Genetically and epigenetically inappropriate foods degrade one's health. This is not the time to do that.

Sincerely,
Roger Bird
