if a person needs more than one nosode in a mixed case, which order should they be given in , in order to work.
I have read carc will not work unless medhor is given first...is this true?

Are you a homeopath? There is no such thing as a mixed case.
The homeopath finds the one remedy that matches the whole symptom picture the best, be it a nosode or a regular remedy (but usually I find a non-nosode that fits well and then if case gets stuck on a well-chosen remedy, may use the nosode). But not something for a layperson/non-homeopath to be doing.
