Minutus

I recently smashed my finger when my bicycle frame accidentally landed on it. What are some good remedies to take to help bone and muscle healing? I also am taking a multiple-vitamin, and trying to improve my eating habits. I am also reiki-ing my finger too!

I'm taking Ferrum Metallicum 200C for a reinjured partially torn shoulder rotator cuff with lots of pain, couldn't lift arm. That involves muscle, ligaments. I took it years ago when first happened and avoided surgery and allopathic cortisone shots. I have a few more doses to go but getting much better

It may also be an antipsoric, and having added positive unexpected effects as haven't needed my other usual remedies, also possibly due to the acute suspends chronic theory.
Bones may be helped by Symphytum, I think??

I would use Hypericum for the pain and tissue wounds, and Symphitum for the bones, if they are truly fractured. Make sure the bones are properly set, aligned, and immobilized before you start the Symphitum, as it works to fuse them rather quickly. 30c should work fine in both.

Depending on the recency of the event, I would have used both ice and Arnica right off, but not if it was yesterday:)
