Try to let go of the ideas of layers..............we don't know what
will show up after one remedy has had an effect.
You look at all the symptoms at the moment, to treat an acute - new symptoms.
To work with chronic picture, after the acute, look at all the
symptoms and everything about the person and history to find the one
right remedy.
That is how you decide which remedy to give
