Make sure that you have had nothing to eat 90 minutes before obtaining your urine and saliva samples.
Avoid all gum, candy or breath mints in your mouth 90 minutes before obtaining your saliva sample.

With RBTI we usually do both as if not the same, that is significant too.

And urine should NOT be first void of the day (that has been in the bladder during the night)

Choose another time to check it.

yes, higher than 6.4 need to shift diet but also alkaline pH indicates a deficiency in a certain type of calcium - calcium lactate is an acidifying calcium.

I don't find over alkaline to be more difficult to correct
Acidic is the tough one.

If saliva too alkaline and urine too acid, indicative of other problems - but that is not that common.
Also Vitamin C will help to lower the pH.

But it is more complicated than only the pH too, but its a start

Ideal pH of urine or saliva is 6.4 according to RBTI system, which I also work with.

Too alkaline has its problems - everything too slow
Acidic - everything too fast
