fingernail question

This is a feature of someone's fingernails which I have noted in only two people -- but perhaps it's not uncommon, I just haven't noticed. On one person's hands, at the bottom of each nail, the cuticle adheres to the nail, so that a thin coating of the skin is drawn over the lower (?)20% of the nail.

Does anyone know of rubric(s) that might apply, or have any comment about whether this is common or uncommon?

Thanks!
Shannon

Wow, perfect -- thanks! What rep do you have that from?

This is from Radar. Sometimes Radar has rubrics that MacRep doesn't, and vice-versa.

It was a happy accident in my case, not something I deliberately tried to do.
