Skeptopaths and Aspergers

I think that skeptopaths may be disabled people. I don't mean that they are people whose legs don't work. I mean that they are people whose brains/minds don't work properly. I have a lot of experience dealing with them because I encounter them in all of my interests/crusades, like cold fusion, raw milk, homeopathy, alternative healing, cholesterol phobia debunking, saturated fat phobia debunking, diabetes, out-of-body experience, near-death experiences, etc. I guess I just like edgy and scientifically revolutionary things.
But, it is as though they have Asperger's or something. Any thinking process that involves strict intellect they excel at, like idiot savants with memory or music. But ask them to dance or relate with members of the opposite sex or any thing that requires social skills or in particular ask them to look at things from a different perspective, then you can just forget about it. They are completely incapable of such thought processes, or at least very weak at it. It is not their fault. But we must not put such people with such egg-head thinking on a pedestal, people who can't use their whole brain, people whose right brain has atrophied, people whose corpus callosum is very small or perhaps even atrophied.
