Enuresis in teenagers

I seem to have a spate of teenage boys coming to see me with primary enuresis. I have been looking into this and the cause appears to be a lack of ADH which is made in the hypothalamus and secreted by the posterior pituitary gland.
I just wondered if anyone has tried treating this with ADH in potency if it exists?
