New Topic

Post by Vicki Satta »

Good day all,
Things are jumping here in Colorado!
Does anyone here specialize in or know someone who can help me create a cream/ointment for some extreme skin that is not even able to handle bathwater?
Here is the objective:
a local calendula and aloe vera base in an oily/fatty cream/ointment
I can get organic beef/bison tallow for rendering into lard at uswellness.com or here locally from an organic ranch/meat source that is known as a "clean meat" organic source. Also, there is an organic aloe vera farm in TX where I can get organic aloe vera in many forms. I need this for healing skin that is "beyond believe sensitive" to anything, including water.
It's time to create my own formula. If anyone can help me, please let me know. I have a friend who does this stuff and she was supposed to create my formula. As soon as we figured it out, she disappeared. Now the formula has changed to aloe vera and animal fat!
BTW, can you infuse the energy of potentized remedies? You must be able to... they make arnica cream. I wonder how to do that too. This is for personal use so I'm not trying to make a commercial product so I'm not interested in passing any FDA standards!
Thanks,
Vicki

What do you mean ‘as soon as you figured out the formula your friend disappeared?’
Did she go missing with the idea that she will try to profit from?
If you have the formula, then why can’t you mix it up yourself?
There are a number of books and probably online info on how to make creams or ointments
or other body products. Most of the homepathic ones use very low potency remedies; ie
1-6x potencies. I would take the base (aloe gel, beef tallow, etc) and add some remedy to it
in a small jar and try it.

The aloe vera is water-based and will probably dissolve the remedies easily. How you're going to get beef tallow into that afterwards, I'm not sure. Maybe a stick blender.

I melted coconut oil last year, and dropped some homeopathic pellets into it, thinking I would make a salve, but I could never get them to dissolve. If using pellets, you will have to powder them I think before mixing them in.

Hi Vicki,

This link is for a product that I haven't ever used (Seven), but it's made by a homeopath (Robin Logan), and it *sounds* pretty wonderful. Not sure if it's quite what you're looking at, but thought I would send the link.

I just sent him an e-mail. He's based in the UK... so hopefully he will get the message.

Thanks for the tip Shannon. The coconut oil may be the killer. He says there is no way coconut oil can do harm, but it can! Ask me. He lists Manuka Honey and Manuka oil. I didn't know about manuka oil.

What does coconut oil do to you?

Now that's a shame… Good luck!!

It burns my skin and inflames it.
But it might work in this case since it's coconut butter.

I just got a message from him. I'll post it. I think I'll buy it. I can use on face and arms if it doesn't work.

His message makes me hopeful.

Yes. I have one of those blenders.
Ok. Thanks. I can crush them if I use pellets, but if I have to order those 2 remedies in 1-6x potencies and should be able to get powder.

Thanks.

When people say they cannot tolerate something that is universally used, healthy,
and has healing capability, it tells me they are our of balance on some level. It should
be addressed.
