by the way, to let you all know, i gave this child Carcinosin 200 a few days ago. i looked in the case history and it seemed so obvious to me that i was surprised i didnt give it before. Perfectionist, gets upset in a situation where he might lose, bad at taking criticism, sleepwalking, averse meat and sweets. also fits with the history of hypospadia and also speech loss at 2 yrs (which i probably did not mention before). Carc does not specifically have the spitting and fear of swalllowing but it has a lot of related throat symptoms. anyway i will let you all know in a few weeks or months what the outcome is...

for anybody who was following this thread, by the way the early feedback on Carcinosin quite favorable, the kid is eating well and has ceased the relentless neck motions of discomfort, and also the spitting. will send one more email on this in a month or so to let you know if the favorable progress continued. thanks all.
