This is a very long read, 566 pages. I am only 43% of the way through. But I can't stop reading because it is so interesting.

The short version: Everything that you have heard from the mainstream, in the box, health authorities about cholesterol is 100% bullshit, 180 degrees wrong, lies. After you garner the wisdom in this book, whenever you see anything about cholesterol with the stamp of mainstream medical thinking, you won't know whether to laugh, cry, or become enraged.

Eat egg yolks and thrive, preferably from free range birds treated with kindness.

Just a thought Roger: We are all here because we've reached the same understanding. We must be careful about "judging" others and the society in which we live. I do it too much at times. However, I've learned that we are not special people. We can either look down at the darkness and say, "Oh, it's dark." or we can recognize that we have discovered the truth, the light, in the fight to expel darkness. It seems that our mission is to continue being shining stars in a universe of darkness. My belief is that society and the Mother Earth will provide us with greater opportunities to project the light and share it with those who can see see it through our presence. They aren't seeking the personality, but the light and love we project blinds them.

They will find us wherever we are. Why? Because we emanate the light and represent the truth.

No need to be alienated, get out there and shine!
