Our Three Adaptations:
The first of our three adaptations was the human genome adapting to the environment and the foods in the environment for millions of years from roughly 4 million years ago to roughly 10,000 years ago. Nature and nature's laws forced this on the human race.
The second of our three adaptations was the human cuisine adapting to the agricultural revolution from roughly 10,000 years ago to 120 years ago. This adaption was accomplished by mothers and daughters trying to keep their families healthy.
The third of our three adaptations was the human cuisine adapting to the financial needs of large corporations. This adaption of the human cuisine was accomplished by corporations ignoring the health and welfare of human beings and deluding themselves and everyone else for the purposes of increasing profit, and by consumers deluding themselves for the purposes of taste, convenience, and saving money. This adaption will be the death of the human race if it is not corrected.
