I agree 110% with Sheri. I eat foods deliberately that are rich in cholesterol. The cholesterol readings that the doctors try to reduce with their drugs are like trying to disconnect the warning lights on your car's dashboard. Messed up cholesterol readings are your bodies efforts to heal something in the body, probably nicks in the heart arteries due to very high pressures. Low cholesterol readings are associated with violence and rage and suicide. My impatience and rage and anger have almost evaporated since I started deliberately eating foods rich in cholesterol, including raw eggs, butter, etc.

My dessert consists in celery stalks dipped in melted butter with a little salt. And if I run out of celery stalks during my dessert, I just sip the melted butter. No longer do I give the melted butter to my dogs.
