Yes, I must say I spent a few good minutes belly-laughing loudly while reading the paper.....it is worth its weight in fast food...it reads like a prank actually, but no they are darn serious.

Woooow, that is bizarre!!!!
Free drugs in order to counter-act the side-effects of the "food".
I wonder if they would also be passing out free CoQ-10, to counteract some of the side-effects of the drug that was masking some of the side-effects of the "food"?
whew.
Those pesky drug deficiencies…
