Ginger and health

Dear Y'all,
I just got this link from my dear friend of 40 years Ron Greenstein, noble gentleman, accomplished musician, and my dear brother-in-spirit:
https://www.deepakchopra.com/blog/view/ ... _digestion
You will want to read it. What we-all are doing now with regard to health, the back-and-forth, the trial and error, the thinking it through, the explorations, the sharing and communication, much of this has already been done starting 5,000 years ago in India. We now call it Ayurveda. When the dust settles, a few health systems will be dominant: Ayurveda, homeopathy, flower remedies, Chinese Traditional Medicine, western diet remediation (correcting for frankenfoods), paleo/traditional diets, chiropractic, and last and hopefully least (because the human race practiced the first 7 systems on this list; someone has to take care of acute and traumatic health problems) Western conventional medicine, and of course a few other systems.
Sincerely,
Roger Bird
