re our discussion of Pituitary Gland
FYI
Piturinum

Piturinum / Piturine (Pituri.) in Hughes 'Cyclopedia of Drug Pathogenesy', > page 681

refers to the alkaloid from the leaves of Duboisia hopwoodi (Hopw.) the Queensland Corkwood Tree, a Solanaceaid tree of Australia,
which has atropine-like effects in crude dosage, in line with the better-known Solanaceaids ie. Belladonna, etc.
Aka: Duboisia or Duboisine or Duboisinum elsewhere in our literature.
Piturinum / Piturine (Pituri.) > is not any of the Pituitary gland remedies.
Best,
Lynn
