I would appreciate idea for remedies to study that are a hot Arsenicum. Lots of fears , panics cold extremities (which don’t feel cold to her) but feels hot and has to keep cool. Fear is felt in the stomach. Causation was when she couldn’t control a situation at work – it was taken out of her hands. She also has Essential thrombocythaemia and has the JAK2 gene but I wasn’t asked to help with that.
Ars I – any other suggestions please.
I gave her Arg Nit 10M last time I saw her in 2009 and she is back today. Maybe it worked???

Hi Rochelle,

I'd begin by going back to the history she gave you at the time you prescribed Arg-nit, and review her complaints from then, point by point, to see what happened after the dose. What was better / is still better; what didn't change, all that?

Firstly she walked in with a bunch of roses because I had helped her so much with her anxiety in 2009!!
Secondly she came today to discuss side effects from the chemotherapy tablet she has to take because of her platelet condition (thrombocythaemia) and also hot flushes. I am not convinced that the hot flushes she describes are not also side effects rather than peri menopause as she is only 45.
I decided in the end that since Arg Nit helped her so much last time I would start there and give her a 200 in a WP to take daily or every other day as she feels herself is right. This is because she is on this permanent chemo treatment and I need a way to get the homeopathy through . She was very happy at this. I also gave her my special herbal mix (Myrrh, Echinacea, calendula and hypericum ) to dap on the mouth ulcers she has, some Euphrasia eye drops for her blepharitis and Aurum 6 for the bone pain she gets frequently.
Meanwhile I will spend some time repping all her symptoms and see if I can find a common remedy which covers all of them.
BTW has anyone done tautopathy while the patient is taking the drug?

I did it just once. My patient was taking Diflucan daily, and I gave Diflucan in potency, presumably to help reduce side effects, because this is what I learned. It ended up enhancing the effectiveness of the Diflucan.

What a beautiful entry. :-)

But -- bone pains, chemotherapy -- does she have cancer? Is that the cause of the low platelet count (thrombocytopoenia)?

The remedy Pteridium Aquilinum, bracken, has thrombocythaemia in its pathology. Other than that, I know zip about it, but it might be interesting to research.
Peace,

It’s not thrombocytopenia its thrombocythaemia which is the opposite!!! She has the rare JAK2 gene. If this is not controlled it can go to leukaemia. The drug she is on is used for chemo.
