you need to work on a constitutional level.
while there are a few remedies under obesity, this is usually
a constitutional level case with profound emotional etiology
that needs to be addressed.
it is also important to distinguish overeating/obesity/nutritional deficiencies
from some kind of biochemical imbalance.

There are homeopathic preparations marketed for obesity management.May I please seek esteemed members views on them please?How effective are they?

Take the case as normal factoring in obesity.
Overweight is caused by many different factors and needs to be
assessed in a typical homepathic way

Agreed. Take a complete case and the simillium and perhaps a change of diet will help people maintain a good weight.
