Interesting little story. It makes the very point that I did: they chose Irene
because they saw her as vulnerable and would try to make legal precedent
out of her ‘conviction!’
This is standard operating procedure when the same people control all the decision-making
institutions; ie, Legislative bodies, Courts and the Excutive. Today we have no separation of
powers as corporations control it all. Actually, we have not had this separation for generations,
since the inception of this country.

He was acquitted, but he had money and probably health. Irene has neither. I wish I understood the politics in Washington state.
