It's the water . . . . .

We so often focus on what is in the water that we forget that water ITSELF can have qualities. As homeopaths and educated fans of homeopathy (like me), we should know this and probably do, but we forget. It is important that this or that nutrient is in the water, but the water per se has a message. The message of kale juice for example is almost certainly diuretic and will dry you out and may give you constipation.

Water from a plant or a spring is going to be way different from water from the tap. It is absolutely true that these non-tap water sources of water will carry minerals and vitamins and enzymes and other good things, but the water itself has been taken up by a living plant with a vibe, an energy field, and a rudimentary 'consciousness' (single quote marks to acknowledge that the consciousness is so rudimentary as to be almost non-existent). This process of getting into the plant and being in the plant for some time changes the "structure" and vibe of the water.

So the next time that you want to eat and especially juice a plant, remember what it is that you want to balance. If you run dry (like almost all old people) and perhaps are constipated (usually a problem with dryness), then juice celery rather than carrots, cucumbers rather than kale, melons rather than spinach. There are of course other considerations. But I suggest that you include in your considerations what the message of the water is.

A very strong example is aloe vera. It is a desert plant with the sun beating down on it all day. And it strives mightily to retain it's water, and it does a great job of it. This is the kind of water that I want in my body, water with the message of retaining water. I don't juice aloe vera, but I do buy it from Natural Grocers when I can afford it.
Sincerely,
Roger Bird

Thanks Roger. Sounds right.
