I would do more research then decide before moving to the USA west/pacific coast to avoid possibly being followed by the future fallout radiation effects from Fukishima.

California has many of them. Aside, I was dismayed to see Itoen, a major brand of Japanese bottled teas (oolong, green varieties) previously made in Japan are now bottled in Taiwan. Other brands are still made in Japan.
