What Happened at Court
Phew! Our court case is finally over. To everyone who responded to our calls for assistance, thank you for your incredible support.

Now comes a waiting period as the Justice examines the evidence in full before handing down a judgement. This process may take several weeks to months.
Until then, we're still restricted about what we can say - but we can tell you there was a concerted effort from the Applicants (the ACCC) to remove as much evidence as possible from the affidavits of our expert witnesses; they lodged more than 150 objections! Obviously a lot was at stake for both parties.
While less ended up on the Judge's desk than we would have liked, we still mounted a strong case and Fran delivered some thought-provoking testimony from the witness stand.
We will be releasing a series of blog posts about the events surrounding this court case, starting next Monday. Fran will tell how things started with her distribution of information about homeoprophylaxis more than eight years ago, the inevitable backlash that followed, attempts at intimidation and suppression, the reaction of the worldwide homeopathic community, events of the court case itself and lessons learnt, why it was and still is important to take a strong stand on these issues, and what should be done in the future.
The support we received from people like you was amazing, but a substantial debt still had to be incurred to see the case through to its conclusion.
