The first posting was not a hyperlink. This one has it as a link. If the commercial payers were involved in creating the ACA, why are many of the heavy hitters not wanting to participate in some of the state plans? My take, if their plan becomes successful on the state level, they will be needing to do alot of explaining to big business on their high price premiums for their employees. Money has just been switching pockets all these years....

I think the plan will have some success in giving more money to the insurance industry
The pharma corporations are out of the negotiating loop: their drugs will be used in ever
larger amounts. Remember there is not real preventive health care in the ACA. It is
totally a medical industry give away. Medical costs will keep rising but the industry will
see more and more profit and people will become sicker and sicker.

The ACA has no holistic intentions in it. I am so dissappointed. It is about prescription drug management and the freaking main stay healthcare in the USA.
