Lymph stimulation

Hi,
I am using Merc-s as a constitutional. I don't know if it influences
this, but I get hard red itchy elevated, bumps around the size of a
dime in the areas of my body that are rich in lymph nodes. They keep
changing places, so I assume that that Merc-s decides to work on
different places. Seems to be working up the body rather than the
preferred down the body direction of cure. I woke up at 4 am with
this itching (went to bed early) and it dawned on me that I should be
doing something to drain the lymph nodes that will not interfer with
the Merc-s.
I started to move the area (neck, shoulders now) and slowly and
lightly massage outward. Any other ideas? I am jogging and moving
about 30+ minutes a day, so the circulation part is taken care of.
Thanks,
Ellen
