Two Problems

I have only two problems with homeopathy.

(1) It is so dang difficult to find the correct remedy. This assumes that there is a correct remedy. There are about 3000 different remedies and over 7 billion people in the world. And some of those people have taken LSD, had automobile accidents, worked in chemistry laboratories, been exposed to radioactivity, suffered from nutritional imbalances/deficiencies, etc. etc., all of which did not exist before 1900.

(2) Many symptoms were unknown before 1850, and yet I don't see them listed in homeopathy repertories. For example, high blood pressure, high cholesterol (which I admit is mostly bogus), numerous blood test results, etc. etc.

I think that most homeopathy is living sort of in the past. It would be nice to do provings that include more than entries in a diary. For example, do thorough blood pressure testing on a group of regular healthy folks and then give them say Sulfur 200C and then test their blood pressure again, say perhaps the next day or week or month. (I guarantee that some of those people will have elevated blood pressure; and I say this based upon Ayurvedic theory.)

Respectfully submitted,
