I found my copy of Homeopathy for Musculoskeletal Healing and it lists
Arnica, CALC FLUOR, Causticum (italics) RUTA (see remedies for injuries)
for meniscal tears

Slight correction if you do not mind: it is a HOMOTOXICOLOGIC complex made of a few potentised remedies and to be used according to the rules of homotoxicology.

It has never been marketed or promoted as a HOMEOPATHIC remedy, to the best of my knowledge.
