Find the name of the following remedy:

This (somewhat!) small remedy mostly affects GI and
digestion.

It is a suitable remedy for 'dyspepsia from abuse of
tea or tobacco'. The patient is irritable with hot
head, headache and flushed cheeks during dyspepsia.

The most important SRP of this remedy is sensation of
a hard lump like a hard boiled egg in lower end of
esophagus or cardia.

< 5-9 am
< after eating
< lying

Hi
It is a useful remedy in many diseased conditions,
when they are associated with gastric symptoms.It
cause dyspepsia, with functional heart symptoms
especially in the aged persons. it is also useful, in
indigestion of those, who abuse the drinking of tea
and smoking, or chewing of tobacco.The chief symptom
in dyspepsia is a sensation as if hard boild egg has
lodge in the cardiac end of the stomach. patients
describe this sensation as a hard lump is felt in the
pit of stomach or in the lung which he wants to cough
out.
MIND: Dullness, Hypochondriasis, restlessness,
sadness, work,mental,impossible(unable to think or
study)
STOMACH: total loss of appetite, in the morning, but
crave food,at noon and at night. pain in the stomach,
always comes on after eating.
CHEST:Difficult breathing;
