I have seen and read else where long ago that she and her kin are strongly into homeopathy and have been for a long time. They were into it long before former hippies like me got interested in it.

And I don't think that they use the word "alternative". It is slightly demeaning. It is saying that con medicine is the reality and that everything else is something in relationship with the reality. Con med is 5hit for the most part. They and I prefer the word "complementary". Not that it complements con med. But it complements the body's own healing capacities.
