Homeopathy and me

Dear Y'all,
I want y'all to know that I didn't just discover homeopathy and the Bach Flower Remedies and now I am all excited about them. I may have rediscovered them, and I may have a renewed enthusiasm for them, but I did not just discover them.
Upon the direct advice (over the telephone) of Murshida Ivy O. Duce, the spiritual leader of Sufism Re-Oriented at the time, I went to my first homeopath in 1969 or 1970. The doctor was 96 years old but looked 66 and was as spry as 36. He gave me some homeopathic gold. I was totally clueless about homeopathy, so if he told me the potency I didn't remember. I also didn't go back. It worked very quickly, and I was jumping for joy by the time I got out in front of that huge mall near San Francisco State University. Homeopathy has worked many times for me and my family since then. My only regret with regard to homeopathy is that I did not attend to it much more closely and perhaps even become a homeopath.
A year or so later I was talking to a fellow devotee of Meher Baba telling him about my experience with homeopathy. And he turned me on to the Bach Flower Remedies. He was a hippy Baba Lover who lived in a pad and slept on a mattress. He eventually became a chiropractor so that he could heal, and I am sure that he uses BFR in his practice. He was sort of a natural healer, but when I saw him he was a drug-free hippy who loved God. And the remedy that he gave me worked IMMEDIATELY. I could almost see the "demon" or ugly thoughts that were plaguing me pop out of my head and run down the hallway. That is how tangible the experience was for me. And since then I have used the BFR and remedies from the Flower Essence Society many times.
I tell you with all of the authority that I can muster that homeopathy and Flower Remedies work. The power of suggestion does not last for 43 years.
Sincerely,
Roger Bird
