I had a pre-existing condition, like most human beings: mine included anger which I can document from my 2nd grade report card. Then, as a young adult I took LSD-25, ending late 1968. I took 35 'trips', most in solitude. My question is, which is more central to my 'derangement': the one that had a 15 year head start (anger, plus other things), or the 35 dramatically traumatic and damaging LSD-25 events?

Roger, in cases like yours I always work out the main complaint and at the end add the two conditions you described - if I can see a totality that covers the main complaint which seems to include the mental states existent at those times, great. If not we need to address what is presenting and work our way backwards on a time line. Just my way of working on these kinds of situations. Others may address it differently.
