Roger - wow! Close my eyes and cover my ears!

And didn't know he was a friend and don't recall calling him a liar.

You don't now me as you are new here. I am a homeopath

I provided you with the curriculum for that school.

You can and will do what you want, but you are warned.

And liking stevia or not is not the same thing.

I share on here for you and for others so that there are no misconceptions about homeopathy. Homeopathy is a 3 - 4 year study of ONLY homeopathy (Anatomy & Physiology / Pathology & Disease)
I didn't just mail you. That is what this list is about.

Here is a typical curriculum for one of the schools of homeopathy
http://www.nyhomeopathy.com/curriculum.htm

So it is your choice, obviously. This is a homeopathy list and I share what makes a good homeopath and what makes good homeopathic practice. You have been asking. Take it or leave it.

There are not that many unprotected professions left out there especially in the medical field. Anyone can call himself homeopath, Buyer Beware : )

I am aware of that.

How does one ascertain if a certification is real? I have seen certifications, but it doesn't mean much. I know that there are certification services that will gladly take one's money but not check to see if the person actually knows anything. In fact, with a computer and printer, one can make one's own certification. This is a problem in the entire complementary health arena. And to make it worse, allopaths are greatly certified and certainly know how to set a broken arm, but their perspective and assumptions suck.

You ask around...reputation, results, being knowledgeable and available, etc,....

Your response is not helpful. I am doing exactly that with you-all. What is a proper and real certification service for homeopathy. Is there more than one? What are the bogus services?

Here come even more unhelpful stuff.........

Certification does mean having gone through an educational and administrative process. At best and with the best schools it only means you were able to pass the exams and satisfy your teachers that you learned what they taught.
Even with the "worst" schools (not taking into account the diploma mills), you get a skeleton of teaching, a "table of content" of what you should know, and it is the student's job to put flesh and blood and skin on that skeleton.
And your knowledge can be encyclopedic and universal, and you can still be a lousy clinician.
All of my framed wallpaper, and I have a huge amount of it, as impressive as it can be, is totally useless and wasted when I cannot help a patient.

In my city, we are only 3 registered medical herbalists. But there is one lady here, who learned herbalism from her parents and from local traditional healers; she know her herbs like I will never know even if I study daily for another 100 years. She has no certificates, no registration, no diploma. Who do you think I am going to consult if I ever decide I need herbal treatment I cannot prescribe for myself?
