You can ask me all that you want. However, I will not be able to provide you with an answer since I don't know. I am also curious, so I am going to look it up. But before I do, I do know that scientists are keen on prediction and control, and since a lot of skeptopathic scientists attack homeopathy, that word "predictive" might have something to do with that. And, yes, there are skeptics in India; I can't say if they are skeptopaths.
