Food allergies

Post by Sharrie »

I am a Naturopathic doc by trade and have been experiencing food allergies for a few months now. I try not to treat myself homeopathically but as my friend and associate has passed away I have nobody to reflect off of. I am looking now for someone willing to share and help me get past this as my limit in food is becoming quite upsetting.

Which part of the World do you live? Country/town? Let’s see if anyone on here knows of anyone.

So many possibilities. With climate change, everything changes.
Some allergens are increasing and getting more potent, while others may not.
Foods and the air affected, too.
Diet may have changed?
You say your friend and associate passed away. How is that affecting you?
Still grieving? How are you handling that. Grief can take down your immune system.
The list goes on. More info needed.

I would look at your maintaining causes first and usually that is diet.
And problems stems from leaky gut.

No grains, legumes and more
But very easy really - fruit, veg, meat all OK
Paleo (not a diet, but a template)
Its all about healing the gut which has been harmed by foods,
vaccines, antibiotics and more..............

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ISBN% ... 16-2355128
Practical Paleo is the book that I recommend mos - it is a BEAUTIFUL
full color book explaining the principles and lots of great charts
and TONS of easy recipes

This website is also exellent:
http://chriskresser.com/
He goes into so many aspects - hypothydroid, GERD/Reflux/Heartburn,
Heart Disease, Diabetes & Obesity, Depression, Skin Health and so much more.

Tons of articles there to read to get a different perspective from
what we have been programmed with (programmed by corps trying to sell
their products and getting the government to come up with food groups
necessary for health - a lot of mis/disinformation.

Spend some time on this page this week if you can
Start with this page if you can
