Aphthous stomatitis
(small ulcers appearing in the mouth, usually inside the lips, on the cheeks, or on the tongue. Aphthous stomatitis is also known as "Canker sores.")
Aphthous ulcers (Aphthae, or Canker sores) are ulcers that form on the mucous membranes of the mouth or genitals.

A very useful site – Thanks. What I actually wanted to know if these type of “ulcers” in the photo should be repped as Ulcers or as Aphthae!! I suspect Aphthae.
