I have just been reading your case and I would make these comments:- the
Iris seems a good prescription overall - perhaps the potency is too high.
Having said that this case has many hallmarks of the natrums, especially nat
sulph, but in my own opinion I would be looking at Phos Ac - covers the
effects of long term burdens and becoming ill from them also the liver,
bowels, skin, milk, and easy straining of back (this rubric especially you
will find in Kent - Back, straining, easy).

I know this is brief but you might want to read up on this Rx.
