Patient has a symptom of when she bends over her nose runs – watery . Her nose doesn’t drip any other time. It isn’t always only sometimes.

NOSE - OBSTRUCTION - followed by - watery discharge
NOSE - DISCHARGE - watery - sudden copious from eyes, nose and mouth
NOSE - OBSTRUCTION - accompanied by - discharge - watery

Thanks – There is no suggestion of an obstruction . She is not aware of anything like this

I did actually find the middle rubric you gave – but nothing from the eyes or mouth
The remedy she has been given – Phos has helped with other symptoms and I am going to go up on it anyway so maybe it might help

Thanks Jean . I did find this one but we decided it wasn’t relevant as the watery discharge only appears when stooping so it is not there all the time and is agg from stooping which is what the rubric means to me.
