kidney stones- urgent

Husband has just started with pain in the kidneys . Have given him a Berberis 30 but he can’t sit still – is pacing the floor which is the opposite of Berberis. Any one any ideas please. Last time I took him to A&E and they scanned and said he had loads of tiny ones and only gave him pain killers. That time it eased in a few hours.
Thanks

May be found doubled up with pain or groaning and pacing to and fro. Magn phos {pain pacing] Ref Work again.
Thuja paces, feels will crack, L sided. can not stand it. I think more anxious than Nux.
Kidney pain in the same sentence as vomiting (8): 3Oci., acon., berb., canth., geoc-c., nit-ac., nux-v., sulph.
Is he Nux type? Going to bed now. Good Luck , Jean

OK – he is a lot better now . It is now only a dull ache. Berberis seems to have done the trick and maybe he will have more respect for homeopathy now!!!!
