Slip and Fall on back

Last Sunday a relative slipped on a shiny hardwood floor and landed straight on back. She had lower back pain and all I was able to get her was Arnica gel from drugstore that day.. She says Arnical gel helps with pain. A week later she is still having pain, now neck, wrist and also feels depressed a bit, down. She is also type 1 diabetic but is OK with blood sugar levels. though did have a major blood sugar low during evening she had fall before any Arnica gel was used. But was also readjusting insulin pump so may be unrelated and just took to much insulin that evening meal. Takes allopathic pain killer, Advil.

I told her to get Arnica 30C tablets as that was easy to get today on a Sunday and start with 3 pills under tongue.

Is there another remedy that might be better now, a week later?
When I had a slip and fall a few months ago, I too had other issues pop up, possibly latent psora, etc. based on shock to the body from fall. There, my constitutional seemed to help out but I don;t have one for her yet.
