GMOs was: cellsalt

There have been studies of mice fed GMO for generations (I believe soy was used), and the results were not pretty. All sorts of diseases, increasing with each generation, and I believe it was the fourth generation that was sterile.

One problem is that they are NOT being studied nearly enough, and generally not until after they have been released into production and even into the human food chain.

And then, when studies show there is a problem, often enough nothing is done about it.

All GMOs are NOT the same; no more than all "hybrids" or all "herbs", etc.

Probably some are harmless enough, but others are having very strange and damaging effects.

GMOs are banned in most of Europe, and… I forget where else, but large swathes of the world have banned them, and where they are not banned, they are required to be labeling.

But not in the good ol' US of A. Money talks, and apparently louder here than in much of the rest of the world.

There is no such thing as a Non-harmful GMO anything. There is only
a difference in what the harm is!
