To activate the list I suggest that we put our complicated cases on the list and have discussions on them.Here I want to present a case to begin:A 45 years old man whit hypoglosal neuralgia.his problem started 5 years ago whit no known cause.He had got carbamazepin when he came to me.but he suffer from bad pain.pains were lancinating,darting,agg whit cough and sometimes eating.he had no other major complaint.the pains were ameliorated whit pressur.the pains were so severe although he had got allopathic drug.his first visit was 3 years ago.first I gave him mag.p c30 ,dry dose but there were no relief,second visit I gave him calc according to his mental picture,norelief again.At third visit he has got phos c30 dry dose.Next mount he was remarkably better.iI continue whit placebo and phos. for 6 mounts.And during this time I taper his carbamazepin,after that he has got phos. c200 and he had no pain at all.according to his new mind pictur he got sulphur and continue for 6 mounts whit sulphur and placebo.He had no symptom till the end.I told him its not necessary to continue remedy.after a year he came back to me:the pains were begining again although very mild but they came back.I begin again whit phos LM1 10 shake 1st glass 1spoon for test dose we had a good relief and continue whith phos in LM1 to LM7 after that the pain doesnt reply to phos.he had two new symptoms.cheesy discharge hawks up from throat with offensive odor & offensive urine odor.he got merc-s. and again sulphur.he is better but he has pain.now whats your idea to continue the treatment.if you have any question about his symptom I can tell you.
