I have a13 year old boy on homeopathy, I hope this is ok to ask, recent we started a remedy (gave 30c for 2 doses), his drooling improved on the first dose for 2 days (desired), but developed cold sore which he's never had, would this be indicative of aggrevation or wrong remedy?

If the remedy has a cold sore, the remedy could be right

Its hard to say - should check with homeopath.
Usually we would call that an aggravation if never had before.................but it is a good sign of exteriorization possibly.
Check with your homeopath.
