Food allergies, I need help
Posted: Thu Apr 25, 2002 7:45 am
I have food allergies:Malvin anthocyamidins,,which has
a rather large list of foods that give me trouble. 1.
I am taking digestive enzyme pills right now,on them
for a week.In my previous experience it took about 2
weeks to start feeling better. 1. Is there such a
thing as a cure for this? I have always had trouble
with being tired from time to time, but it really hit
me 7 years ago when I rang up a lot of debt(AND LOTS
OF STRESS). I have been through the therapy and still
have to pay off bills. I think I will feel better once
I reduce my stress level(debts)I don't handle stress
very well. I am now 35. Is there such a thing as a
cook book for people who can't eat all those foods.
One of the items on the foods list is egg whites. Has
anyone tried cooking with the yellow part of the egg
and had no reaction. Here is the food list:
albumin(cows milk, white part of egg yolk and??? soy
milk???)apple,apricot,avocado,banana,bean
red,beet,beet-sugar,blackberry,blueberry,boysenberry,cabboge,carrot,
cashews,cherry,cinnamon,corn-anything,corn starch(in
powdered sugar)corn syrup,crab meat,cranberry,egg
plant,fig,grape-red,grape-green,honey,mustard
seed,olive-green,olive-ripe,onion,papaya,pea-blackeyed,pea-green,peach,pear,plum,potatoe,quince,
radish,rhubarb,strawberry,turnip,walnut,watermelon.
Any help will be greatly appreciated! email me at
